Terms and booking conditions:
- 1 night stays are subject to a laundry surcharge of R250.00
- Tariffs do not include breakfast
- Check in time: 14h00
- Check out: 10h00
- A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking
- Full settlement of your account is required upon arrival
- Rates are subject to change without notice
- Pre-post or during the 2010 FIFA World Cup soccer all rates and bookings need to be confirmed in writing with the owners prior to the booking appointment.
Cancellation Policy:
- Refunds on cancellations/deposits are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to relet the room and nature of the cancellation, otherwise:-
- Cancellation of your reservation during your stay and less than 7 days prior to arrival, you will be liable for 100% of the full account
- Cancellation 7 - 21 days prior to arrival, you will be liable for 50% of the full account.
- Cancellation 22 days or more prior to arrival, you will be liable for 30% of the full account.
- All refunds are subject to a R150.00 administration fee
